We use collected information solely to operate and improve our service:
- Send transactional SMS order notifications to kitchen phone numbers
- Enable order callbacks to customers
- Maintain and secure restaurant accounts

3. SMS and Phone Number Usage
Restaurant operators explicitly opt in by entering a kitchen SMS phone number in their notification settings. Messages are purely transactional order notifications — no marketing messages are sent. Operators can remove their SMS number or disable notifications at any time from the dashboard. Phone numbers are never shared with third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as our telephony and SMS infrastructure partners) solely to deliver the service.
