By creating an account or using Remi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Remi is an AI-powered phone-ordering assistant for restaurants. When a customer calls your restaurant, Remi answers the call, captures the order details, and sends the order to your kitchen via SMS and a live web dashboard.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. SMS Notifications
By entering a kitchen SMS phone number in your notification settings, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages containing order details. These messages are not marketing communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may remove your SMS number or disable notifications at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, using the service for unlawful purposes, or transmitting harmful or fraudulent content.
6. Payment and Billing
Fees for the service are described on our pricing page and in your account dashboard. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. We may change pricing with advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided by Remi remain our property or the property of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these terms.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Remi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Remi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
